Simple Venue Hire Pricing
We aim to keep venue hire clear and straightforward.
Hire costs £25 (per hour) before 18:00, or £200 (flat-fee) for an evening (18:30-00:00).
For a small extra cost, we can also open the kitchen (£30 per event) and/or licensed bar (£50/event). If you’d like either for your event, just let us know when you enquire.
Private bookings normally also require a refundable deposit. This helps cover any extra cleaning, damage or issues after the event. Typical deposits are £50 for standard private bookings and £100 for weddings and larger parties.
All prices include VAT.
